The industrial complex of the region is represented by four facilities with the annual output more than Br26 billion and 430 employees. Accounting for 70% of the industrial output in the region, Chausy dairy is the main industrial facility of the region.

Agriculture

Agriculture of the region produces milk and meat and cultivates grain and forage crops.

The regional agricultural complex includes 12 agricultural cooperatives and one agricultural unitary company as well as Agroservice, which provides maintenance services to agricultural companies of the region.
