Investment activity in the Chausy District

Besides the comfortable geographical position and mineral resources the region has qualified and cheap working stuff at its disposal. One of the positive factors in attracting foreign investments to the Chausy district economy is its natural potential , the items of real estate recommended for sale, rent or as a share to a collective investment fund of a joint enterprise.

In concordance with a general plan of Chausy, the further development of new industrial municipal enterprises is meant to be realized in a new south industrial area along the Mogilev-Krichev railway.

Close position of Chausy to the regional centre can guarantee a success in building children and junior entertaining centre like “Disneyland”. There is an opportunity to create a chain of holiday hotels for family recreation, camping sites, wayside service facilities, etc.
